We're by your side every step of the way, from finding the perfect venue, designing the table top, & finding ways to make your dream a reality, to making sure you walk down the aisle with confidence and ease.

So, what's included?

Design & Decor

Creation of floor plan(s) + layout for rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception.

Assistance finalizing table top & overall decor plan. Including sourcing & budgeting.

Creation of custom signage, programs, buffet tags, etc.

Planning

Vendor sourcing, including research and vetting using our industry experience & professional connections.

Vendor booking, as needed, including contract acceptance & deposits.

Delivery acceptance and transportation of items.

Management of all rentals.

Venue visit to walk through set up and flow plan.

Unlimited communication by email & text message. Calls & meetings available as needed, scheduled by event hosts.

Creation of detailed event weekend timeline and event production plan.

Up to 2-hour load in, inventory check, and ceremony rehearsal.

Wedding Day

Up to 14 hours on site with 3 Harper House team members.

Full set-up of ceremony and reception.

Ceremony direction and guest management.

Management of tasks, such as lighting candles, announcements, and repurposing of decor

Timeline, event flow, and vendor management.

Distribution of final payments & gratuities.

Venue clean-up, organization, and staging of rentals as able within 14 hours on site time.

Assistance organizing and packing up of personal items, decor, and gifts/cards.
