So, what's included?

Planning

Review of all vendor contracts & rental inventory to ensure all needs are met.

(1) planning meeting in person, or by phone, to answer questions and offer advice. Scheduled when needed by the couple.

Unlimited communication by email & text message. Calls & meetings available as needed, scheduled by event hosts.

Creation of Wedding Day timeline

Up to 1-hour load in, inventory check, and ceremony rehearsal.

Up to 10 hours on site with 2 Harper House team members.

Set up of reception and ceremony decor

Ceremony direction and guest management.

Management of tasks, such as lighting candles, announcements, and repurposing of decor

Timeline, event flow, and vendor management.

Distribution of final payments & gratuities.

Venue clean-up, organization, and staging of rentals as able within 10 hours on site time.

Assistance organizing and packing up of personal items, decor, and gifts/cards.

Wedding Day

At this time, day-of coordination is available for Weddings that meet the following:

– From June to September, your event needs to be within 60 miles of Missoula

– From October to May, I can travel anywhere in Montana! Additional travel & lodging fees will apply

– Guest counts of 150 or fewer

• 10 hours on site with your lead & assistant coordinators.

  (up to 100 guests)

• Coordination & supervision of the ceremony Site & reception.

• Timeline & vendor management.

• Greet all guests and direct as needed for ceremony and reception.

• Distribute outstanding balances and gratuity as needed.

• Tend to small tasks and details (such as lighting candles & replenishing napkins)

• Coordinate with your DJ or emcee to make sure all announcements are being made at the right time.

• Make prior arrangements regarding wedding gifts & Cards if desired.

• Stage rentals & personal items for an easier load out as able within the 10 hour timeline.

• 10 hours on site with your lead coordinator & assistant coordinator for up to 100 people.

• Set up of ceremony chairs, reception tables & chairs, personal decor & assistance with additional decor as available.

• Timeline management and adjustment as needed.

• Greet all guests and direct as needed for ceremony and reception.

• Make sure the entire bridal party is in place prior to ceremony.

• Tend to small tasks and details (such as lighting candles, replenishing napkins, etc.)

• Coordinate with your DJ or emcee to make sure all announcements are being made at the right time.

• Make prior arrangements regarding wedding gifts/cards.

• Stage rentals & personal items for an easier load out as able within the 10 hour timeline.

Need us for more than 10 hours on your big day? additional time available for $75/person per hour.
